Description
COP-82ER is a rainproof pendant switch for two-motion crane and hoist control. Four actuators — an up and a down direction button, an ON button and a mushroom-head emergency stop — cover the basic lift/lower duty of an electric hoist from a hand-held station on a fixed cable.
Two-motion control for hoists and light cranes
The two direction buttons carry up and down arrow legends, so the movement each button produces is obvious without reference to a manual. The separate ON button gives the operator an explicit start action, keeping the direction buttons free for movement only.
This layout suits a single hoist or a lifting motion on a light crane where the operator walks with the load — for example a workshop hoist, a jib crane or a hatch lifting mechanism.
Emergency stop at the operating position
The red mushroom-head emergency stop sits at the top of the station, directly under the thumb. It is a twist-release actuator, and its position at the head of the button column means it can be struck without changing grip.
The emergency stop circuit design and functional testing remain part of the machine safety function and must follow the applicable requirements for the installation.
Rainproof enclosure for outdoor and wash-down-adjacent duty
The station is described by IEHC as a rainproof switch, and the enclosure is yellow high-visibility with a dark base. The cable enters through a moulded strain-relief boot at the top of the station, which keeps the cable exit pointing away from the operator and shields the entry from running water.
For positions exposed to continuous spray, deep wash-down or immersion, confirm the required ingress rating with IEHC before ordering.
Electrical rating
The COP-82ER is rated for 500 V, 10 A service. The nameplate also carries a CE mark. Confirm your supply voltage, control-circuit voltage and the required contact arrangement when ordering.

Ordering the COP-82ER from IEHC
IEHC (Zhejiang iehc Electrical Technology Co., Ltd) has manufactured industrial control equipment in Yueqing, Zhejiang since 2003. To quote the COP-82ER accurately, send the number of control functions you need, the supply voltage and control-circuit voltage, the cable entry direction, and any button labelling or branding requirement.
Confirm the required function list against your hoist, hatch or travel-drive wiring before ordering so the pendant is supplied with the correct contact arrangement. Send the number of motions, the contact arrangement and the cable length you need.
Send your specification to IEHC for a configuration check and quotation, or review the wider control handles and pendant switches range.
