YJ Electric Chain Hoist (Fixed Type)

Description

The YJ fixed-type electric chain hoist is the simplest configuration in the YJ range: it is suspended at one point and lifts vertically, with no travelling trolley. It is the right choice when a load only ever needs to be raised and lowered at a single station, because it avoids the cost, weight and maintenance of travel gear that would never be used.

When a fixed hoist is enough

Fixed hoists suit single-station lifting: a workstation where parts are raised to a bench or fixture, a service position where equipment is lifted for maintenance, or a dedicated point on a production line. The hoist can also be combined with a monorail or cantilever arrangement where the horizontal movement is provided by a separate travelling mechanism rather than by the hoist itself.

If the load must move horizontally along a beam as well as vertically, a running or low-headroom configuration is the better match.

Compact body and hook height

The optimised body pairs a high-performance motor with a matched reducer and a compact electronic control system, which keeps the body short so the hook can be raised higher inside a confined space. Overall height is 408 mm on the YJ0.5-01 and YJ01-01 bodies and rises to 510 mm on the YJ02-02.

Easy maintenance

The body combines a rigid frame with a flexible internal layout, so components can be replaced quickly without dismantling the complete hoist. Electrical components and the brake can be checked in place, which saves maintenance time on a unit that is often on the critical path of a production station.

Voltage and control options

Input voltage covers 110 V to 480 V, and the control circuit uses a low safety voltage over a 24 V to 48 V range. That allows the same hoist family to be supplied for different markets and for plants running more than one supply standard, and it keeps the pendant control voltage low at the operator position.
