Description
The YJ running-type electric chain hoist suspends the hoist from a travelling trolley so the load can be moved horizontally along a beam in addition to being lifted. It is the configuration to choose when the work position changes with each lift and a fixed station would force the operator to drag or re-rig the load.
Horizontal travel as well as lifting
The running version adds a powered trolley with a travel speed of 21 m/min, driven by a separate travel motor. That keeps the lifting and travel functions independent, so a light load can be positioned quickly while a heavy load is still moved at a controlled speed.
Typical duty is a workstation crane or monorail serving a bay, where parts must be picked up at one point and set down at another, and production-line positions where the hoist follows the work along the line. The hoist can also be combined with monorail and cantilever arrangements.
Body and hook height
The optimised body pairs a high-performance motor with a matched reducer and a compact electronic control system. Overall height is 471 mm on the YJ0.5-01 and YJ01-01 bodies, 538 mm on the YJ01-02 and 573 mm on the YJ02-02, so the larger-capacity bodies sit lower in the overhead space.
Easy maintenance
The body combines a rigid frame with a flexible internal layout, allowing components to be replaced quickly without dismantling the complete hoist. Electrical components, the brake and the travel gear can be inspected in place, which keeps maintenance off the critical path.
Voltage and control options
Input voltage covers 110 V to 480 V and the control circuit uses a low safety voltage across a 24 V to 48 V range. The running configuration needs conductors for both the hoist and the travel motor, so confirm the cable and control arrangement at the same time as the hoist selection.

Lifting height can be customized, so state the vertical travel you actually need rather than selecting from the standard column alone.
